Refund Policy / Cancellation

1. You can cancel your rocketstreams.tv membership at any time and you will continue to have access to the service throughout the end of your service billing period. We are a pay-as-you-go IPTV Service provider.
2. We offer a 48 hour trial so you can make a decision on our services. Refunds are only acceptable if you are not satisfied with the service within 72 hours of your new account creation, then we will refund you according with our discretion.
3. To cancel and request a refund, please open a support ticket to cancel your account and request a refund if you meet our refund policy.
4. If you do a charge-back or false reviews we will permanently ban your account.
